Perfect conditions for cyclists

RACE 13 of the summer cycling series was enjoyed in perfect conditions last Thursday night.

While numbers were lower than pre-Christmas races at Camperdown, with some team members enjoying the holidays, those who competed crossed the finish line with hot, sweaty smiles.

Quinn crossed the line first with a time of 10.18 closely followed by Nathaniel with his time of 11.51.

In third place was Henry with his time of 13.51.

Other rider times were Lawson 12.46, Thea 12.51, Zane 10.20, Oliver 09.19 (fastest), and Finn 09.54.

A big thanks to the club’s seniors for riding with the kids around the circuit and our volunteer drivers for the back and front vehicles.

Due to unsafe road surfacing around the seniors circuit the team completed a Mt Leura hill climb celebrating with an ice-cream up the top.
